  •    Propsed project for Retired Commune at Kadalore Village - Homes for senior citizens with all amenities in 22 acres of land at Kadalure Village on the ECR near Mahabalipuram. Estimated cost of the project is Rs. 100 Crores. Project will be executed using private equity funding.
  •    Proposed project at Kilkaramanoor Village - Construction of Industrial Buildings and Sheds with all infrastructure in 100 acres of land at 400 feet road, Kilkaramanoor Village, Uthukottai Thaluk, Thiruvallur District. Estimated cost of the project is Rs. 600 Crores.
