Company Formation - in the year 1982

Dual Structurals & Industries Pvt. Ltd. was first formed as a partership firm in the year 1982 by Mr. Ravindra Kumar and Mr. Anjaiah

During 1982 to 1992, we have done lot of construction work as contractor for various architects, builders and promoters.

In this period, we have constructed many Individual Bunglows, Beach Houses and Residential Complex.

A Multi-storeyed Residential Flat named Indraprastha for Chaitnya Builders & Leasing Pvt. Ltd. was our first Multi-storeyed Building constructed in 1989.

Construction of Educational Institutions, Commerical and Industrial Buildings

During 1992 to 2002, we have done many High Raised Buildings, Educational Institutions, Industrial Buildings, Commercial Complex, Residential Flats, Container Yards, etc.

We have also constructed consulate buildings for Japanese Consulate in Chennai and French Consulate in Pondicherry.

Our major clients during this decade were Hindustan Petroleum Corporation, Bharat Petroleum Corporation, BHEL, Ford, Hyundai, Toyota, Arihant Foundations Pvt. ltd., Chaitnya Builders & Leasing Pvt. Ltd.

We have completed more than 10 lakh sqft of factory buildings and commercial spaces during this period.

Company Transformation - Contractor to Builders & Promoters

During this decade, the organisation got resturctured and we started working on our own projects. We also ventured into land banking and township development during this period.

We have successfully completed many residential flat construction & promotions at Pallikaranai and Perumbakkam areas in Chennai. Sai Kripa, Sai Bakthi, Sai Nivas and Sai Sadan are few among them.

During 2011 to 2013, we have done many Beach Bungalow projects namely Beach Cedar, Oleander & Kovalam bungalow.

We have also started a new villa project with 40 budget expandable villas at Padur near Siruseri IT Park named Dual Flowers.
